🖤LIMITED EDITION ROAST! 👉We will be offering 3 amazing exclusive coffees from 🇨🇴Colombia over the coming months!☕️ Watch this space to see which one pops in our shelves and website each week!
🍃
All these coffees are grown by Luis Anibal Calderon👏🏼at the farm Villa Betulia. This coffee is harvested following strict ripeness criteria, floated and hand-sorted to remove any defects.

⚫️OMBLIGON VARIETY: Notes☕️:Caramelised apples, red fruits & lime.
🍃
The seeds are from the Ethiopian Heirloom variety. Luis was the lucky one who was able to cultivate and understand the behavior of this plant. The results after many years of monitoring and experimenting are interesting. The cherry is elongated and has a belly button shape on the base of the fruit. The “belly button” term can be translated as Ombligon in Spanish, which is why Luis Anibal also refers to this variety as Ombligon.
⚫️PAPAYO VARIETY: Notes☕️Caramelized apple, lime, cacao nibs.
🍃
This varietal is a rare mutation that took place in Acevedo, Huila. Ripe cherries turn orange in colour and the shape is similar to a papaya. The cup profile is complex with defined jasmine, sugar cane, and sweet chocolate notes.
⚫️GESHA VARIETY: Notes☕️Notes: Lavender, roses, red apple & melon.
🍃
This varietal was first discovered in Abyssinia, Ethiopia in 1931. Gesha was planted in Panama for the first time in 1963 and in Colombia in 2005.

🖤Espresso Roast from Nicaragua🇳🇮
☕️ Tasting Notes: Caramel, Mandarin & Raspberries
💪🏼 Producer: Mario González

🍃Learn more about this farm:

The Gonzalez family started their coffee producing from scratch, transforming pine plantations and unworked land into coffee tree farms that produce a range of highquality varietals.

Mario and his family put extra care into using natural materials to enhance the soil quality, creating some astounding coffees. Despite their natural talent for agriculture, Mario attributes their success to the international coffee market: “As a producer family it is not, or it will not be possible to survive within the coffee sector without a market that recognises the work we do in the farms and the contribution we make to the surrounding communities.”

👋Find out more about the process of this tasty coffee from 🇭🇳 Honduras, Marcala, La Paz.

🍃FARM: El Liquidambar

The Marquez family focused on taking care of the biodiversity in the environment, putting energy and care towards the flora and fauna at the farm as well as ensuring their coffee trees were producing the highest quality possible. There are several natural springs and even waterfalls during the rainy season that keep the farm lush and healthy.

Recently, the Marquez family have been more involved in the seed to cup production of coffee, and began roasting their own beans to sell locally.
