Our Mexico Cold Brew is back in stock — straight from the bottle, or served over ice with our salted maple cream top (pictured), made using fresh cream from and available at our takeaway bar.

Make it at home:
Fill a glass with ice.
Add 150g cold brew.
Top with our salted maple cream.

Maple cream top:
Combine 50g fresh cream, 15g maple syrup, and a pinch of salt.
Shake well in a sealed jar or small bottle, or whisk by hand until lightly thickened.

Finish with grated dark chocolate from .

Yes, you heard that right. is making an appearance on our bar (ROUME only), pouring Kyoto matcha for lattes, usucha, or over coconut water. Add mango or watermelon if you fancy, or top it all off with a swirl of matcha soft serve.
