We’re Hiring – Opening Barista | Bella’s Cafe, Alexandra & Duo Cafe, Clyde
Are you an early riser who cares about coffee? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Opening Barista to join the team at our busy cafes.
This is a key role that sets the tone for the entire day, so we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craft and enjoys creating a great experience for every customer.
To be successful, you need to:
• Love early mornings and be ready to hit the ground running.
• Consistently produce high-quality coffee with attention to detail.
• Be confident working independently and taking ownership of the morning shift.
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Take pride in presenting the café and setting the team up for a successful day.
• Bring a positive attitude and thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.
