Ahhh Beef Stew, Not much to say here, I was feeling like something my Nana use to make when I was little. Nothing like a bit of cornflour to thicken up a sauce. But I do find that I don't use it often.

Admittedly I was worried for a second that I was using custard instead of cornflour!

MMM Yummy!

Made these as a lunch box treat for my little man Mr T this afternoon.

I have to say they are delicious out of the batch of 12 there are maybe 8 left so we've had 2 each so far!

CHOCOLATE AND RASPBERRY MUFFINS
200C FOR 15-20 MINUTES

1 3/4 Cups white all purpose Flour
1/2 Cup sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1/4 Cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
2 eggs lightly beaten
1 cup milk
125g butter
2 Cups Frozen Raspberries

-grease a 12 standard muffin tray
-in a bowl use an electric be**er to cream the butter and sugar together
-add an egg at a time and combine
-sift in the dry ingedients, vanilla essence and milk and mix untill all combined
-fold in 2 cups of raspberries
-cook for 15-20 minutes at 200c
