We have a vacancy for an additional person experienced in a similar role to join our kitchen on a part time basis.

Experience as a Grill Cook is required as well as experience/knowledge in cafe style brunch/lunch cooking or similar.

Two Vacancies @ Serendipity Cafe, Hastings - Front of House Server/Till Person & Experienced Barista

SERENDIPITY CAFE, Pakowhai Road, Hastings

We have two vacancies in our busy Cafe for a Front of House Server/Till person and an experienced Barista.

Both positions require someone who works well under pressure, is mature minded, can think on their feet, and have some experience in a similar role. Reliability and a bright, friendly disposition are essential for these front of house/customer roles.

Days and hours of work are negotiable.

These are both permanent full time positions or 2 x part timers for each role.

Looking forward to welcoming our customers back to the Cafe from 8.30am Wednesday morning, as normal trading hours/days resume.

However, things will be a little different under Level 2:

▪︎Signing in will be mandatory, we have QR codes around the cafe in several locations and a manual sign in booklet.

▪︎The tables will be spaced accordingly inside our spacious cafe and out in our patio area

▪︎Customer serving front of house staff will be wearing masks

▪︎We have sanitiser stations around the cafe for customer's use
