An unforgettable evening of understated elegance, exceptional storytelling, and fine dining.

For the opening chapter of our 2026 Winemaker’s Dinner series, we explored the extraordinary depth of a single cépage: Chardonnay. Our guests experienced a uniquely curated menu paired exclusively with this versatile grape, revealing a beautiful spectrum of aroma, texture, umami, and character.

A highlight of the evening was listening to the Bish family share their multi-generational passion for winemaking—including the inspiring journey of Oscar, who began his dedication to the craft at just 13 years old.

Our heartfelt thanks to Tony Bish Wines, Head Chef Leyton, GM James, and our wonderful team for bringing this incredible night to life.
