Beersheba Estate Invercargill Wedding venue
Bed and Breakfast Accommodation

Just minutes from Invercargill's CBD, Beersheba Boutique Accommodation has been running as a successful Bed and Breakfast since 2005 by owners Mike and Anne Broad. While an early retirement may have been on the cards when the pair sold their Southland farm in 2003, they are now finding themselves busier then ever. Whether it be hosting an array of guests from all over the world, or beginning their

landscaping business, Mike and Anne's passion has always been for Southland, and their next venture is the one which they find themselves the most excited about! In 2011 Mike and Anne decided to re-brand under the name 'Beersheba Estate', and have teamed up with Internationally renown glass sculptor Phil Newbury for an exhibition to celebrate this new chapter. With a passion for people, entertainment, great food and culture, Mike and Anne are excited to open the grounds of Beersheba as a venue for garden exhibitions, weddings, and community events, as well as the continuation of the Bed and Breakfast. With plenty more dreams for further development Mike and Anne, along with the rest of the Broad family, would love the privilege of hosting you at Beersheba!

An update from the Broad family to share with everybody that we have recently sold Beersheba Estate.

The new owners Simon and Megan are continuing on the accommodation and are rebranding as Millton Park Estate. We wish them all the best for the future. A heartfelt thanks to all who have been involved in the journey here over the past 20 wonder filled years.❤️

I (Michael) am downsizing to Swinton St, Invercargill.

It was so tough deciding on a winner for our Cottage Staycation package from so many deserving people, but as a family, we just couldn’t go past one couple.

Congratulations to Avril Moeke-Tetai and partner Hayden!

We understand this has been a tough time leaving your home in Invercargill, your boys and whanau support to be in Auckland to give birth to your beautiful baby girl who needed immediate heart surgery at Starship. On top of this you also lost your dear dog, something we have just gone through, and you’ve done through all this within an already stressful lockdown. Our thoughts are with you and your family, and we wanted to set this gift aside for you to enjoy when you return home.

Thank you to everyone that commented or nominated someone deserving. We would love to see you at Beersheba some time soon!

Blessings - Mike and Anne.
