Meet Himanshu, though around here, he’s just Ashu. 🔥

He’s been working with us little over 15 months on tandoor and If you’ve eaten with us over his time, you’ve definitely tasted the magic he pulls off with tandoori starters and jalapeno cheese naan breads.

Ashu’s been an absolute legend on our team, bringing that perfect mix of "young blood" energy and serious skill.

Graduated 7 years ago in the hospitality and been working hard since —including time spent working with big names overseas—he knows exactly how to handle the heat. 🔪🌍

Beyond the kitchen, he’s just a massive fun-loving personality who genuinely loves cooking. If you haven’t met him yet, come say hi next time you're in! 👋🥘
