This was in the making all day yesterday. Slow braised beef brisket, crushed potatoes, vege and gravy! Mon's special spice mix has been massaged into the meat and slow & low cooked all day.

Today, Pork spare ribs, crushed potatoes & steamed vege are our 'to go' meal. Brined and slow cooked with a dry seasoning rub,
they served with a rib gravy.
Dinner for two, done!

Monday morning with a cold southerly. Hello may! Pictured is roast pork belly on creamy mash with apple & fennel slaw & pickled cauliflower. It's a pretty easy thing to eat.....

It's a cool wind that blows today in Wellington. For an easy win for dinner how about Monique's latest take home meal.....
She's slow cooked beef brisket with her special spice rub and it's served with steam cauliflower & broccoli, gourmet potatoes crushed with a little garlic butter and spinach. Topped with delicious gravy made from the cooking juice.

This weeks take home meal is Braised beef cheeks with gourmet potatoes, peas and green beans with a lovely rich jus.
It's enough goodness for two.

Dinner for two?
Yes please. Roast pork loin, roast potatoes, confit onions & apples with a roast gravy. Pretty easy meal I'm thinking. Available from today until sold out.
