Kai Cartel will be closed this week while I put a few more kilometres on the recovery clock and stop moving around like I've just completed a cage fight with a grizzly bear 🫩

The good news? You should be seeing my face back behind the window next week, slinging spuds and causing the usual level of chaos 😜

Instead I strutted outta there like I’d just completed some high-level business deal with 27kg of canned SPAGHETTI, because apparently reading labels is a skill and not a suggestion 🫠

Massive shoutout to Fortress Gym for having us and teaming up with Kai Cartel 🙌

We’d never been to a powerlifting comp before and honestly, the atmosphere was buzzing!

No one getting left out - didn’t matter who stepped up, the whole crowd got behind them. A true solid as community, with some serious talent turning it on for the BARBELLS & BADDIES event. Awesome effort ladies 👌

The support shown to us? Out the frigg'n gate. Solid bunch of legends 🫶
