More than 70 Kgs of pizza dough...I never thought I could do such big numbers but I managed to do it also thanks to the guys .⁠⁠
Big shout out also to my wife Beatrice who made sure things were smooth in the FOH...and thanks to for such a cool venue and kitchen.⁠⁠

The hazelnuts and olives have a lot of similar aroma compounds and they complement each other beautifully.⁠
Our home-made tomato sauce adds a creamy texture that works so well with the crunchy hazelnuts.⁠
