I know it’s been a while but NZ data and wifi is not the best 🤦🏽‍♂️

As you all know our pop up burger joint is on hold till further notice. I’m away in NZ trying to upskill myself. I do miss making our various types of burgers. 😭

Speaking of, this is one of our chicken burgers we never got to make for you our beautiful people. 😬

That right it’s a Butter Chicken Burger. 🧈 🍗 🍔 This Panko Crumbed Fillet is smothered in our homemade butter chicken gravy, topped with lettuce, cucumber and our homemade raita mint sauce 🤤

All I can say is that this will be one of our special burgs when I move back home.

For now you all gotta wait 😅

Did a bit of sightseeing with the boys this morning @ the markets in Nelson City. Got to try a 💯 Vegan Burger as well as a Vension Burger 😍😍😍

Got back this arvo and the boys help me put together our dinner for tonight. Bring on the long weekend

THIS IS NOT GOODBYE!!! ITS SEE YA REAL SOON 😃

Years I ago I entered the FIFO game as a young single fellow. During my time, I worked with alot of fathers and mothers who sacrificed their time away from their family’s. I never understood what that sacrifice meant until today. 😭

Yes I will be joining our young men who have left our island for NZ to better their future and that of their family’s. It was a quick and hard decision to make, but I must do it for my partner and children. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Ash and our babies will be leaving for Sydney as soon as it’s safe to go. She hasn’t seen her family since February 2020. It’ll be a great reunion for her and the family. Once I’m done we will return back to Raro together.😍😘🥰

Where does that leave our burger and salad business?..... On hold for 6 months 😉

I’d like to thank everyone who supported us during these unprecedented times. We are so sorry that it has come to this, but as I said it’s only temporary and we will be back better than ever. 💪🏼

During our time in Italy back in 2016 we got to try traditional Italian Pizzas. It was such an experience as we were use to having pizzas loaded with toppings. 😅

Italian pizzas are so simple. Cheese and sauce, Meat, Cheese and Sauce or Cheese, Herb and Sauce. And the meat pizzas barely had meat 😂

Here’s my take on trying to keep it simple 😜

P.S those large pieces of white things are proper mozzarella 🤤

WHAT IS A HALAL SNACK PACK OR HSP?🤔

Tasty cuts of marinated chicken, beef or lamb placed on top of crispy fried chips. And the best part is the creamy garlic sauce that goes on top accompanied by other sauces like chilli, bbq, tomato or sweet chilli. 🍗 🥩 🍖 🍟

This Middle Eastern delicacy that’s famous in Australia is very similar to the famous steak and mushroom sauce and chips in Raro! 🤤

At the moment we only have chicken snack packs but will eventually have a beef and vegetarian version down the track. 😍
