We’re Back… and so is the Official Iconic Greeter!

After taking some much-needed time away to deal with health issues and focus on recovery, we’re pleased to announce that Iconic Bar & Grill is back open tomorrow!

A huge thank you to everyone for your patience, support, kind messages, and understanding while we’ve been closed.

Sometimes life throws challenges our way, and unfortunately this meant closing our doors temporarily while we got things sorted.

Recovery comes first, but we’re excited to get back to what we love most – serving our amazing community.

Whether you’re popping in for a coffee, a meal, a cold beer, or a cuddle with one of our four-legged regulars, we can’t wait to welcome you back.

Our local rangatahi have been given an incredible opportunity to travel to Japan and represent our people, our culture, and our community on the international stage 🌏

Join us Friday 5th June from 7PM at Iconic Bar & Grill for a massive Quiz Night Fundraiser packed with community vibes, raffles, prizes, kai, laughs, and support for our future generation ❤️

This has been on my heart for a long time.

For over 2 years, this has been building in the background…
and now it’s finally here. Mahi4rangatahi

I’ve always wanted to create something bigger than just a business
something that gives our young people a real shot.

Because our rangatahi are our future.
And if we don’t invest in them now… we can’t expect a better tomorrow.

Not every young person leaves school with a plan.
Not everyone has guidance, support, or direction.

But what they do have… is potential.

And sometimes all it takes is the right environment,
the right people,
and someone willing to believe in them.

That’s what Mahi 4 Rangatahi is about.

Real opportunities.
Real skills.
Real guidance.

We’re creating a space where our youth can step in, learn, grow,
and build confidence in themselves and their future.

Because if we can support them in those early years…
we can help shape the next chapter of their lives.

This isn’t just a program.

This is an investment in our community.
An investment in our kids.
An investment in the future.

And we’re only just getting started.
