A few weeks ago we entered our Head Chef, Lou, in a Hospitality NZ competition. The Nelson Tasman Branch’s Emerging Leader Initiative. Recognising and supporting the future leaders of our industry.

We are so proud to share that she won! Lou has been awarded an all expenses paid trip to the Hospitality New Zealand 2026 Conference in Rotorua in June. Here she will extend her knowledge of the industry through keynote sessions, expert panels, and mingling with other industry peers whilst also attending the Hospitality NZ Emerging Leaders Course and multiple awards dinners,
