Farmers Market Taranaki .
When my beloved wife Norhayati invented our spinach and Feta, All the others dips company in NZ Lisa Hummus which is sanitarum now and the others started to copy our spinach and Feta, but they couldn't come near our authentic one.
That's why I never have any written recipe for any of my dips, Norhayati use to say no one will ever know, it's in Osama head only, when the people ask my helpers and my family, they will say ask Osama we don't know, its 50 years now working with food.

My helper is my neighbor she told me, Osama I have being helping you for the last 3 years and every every week you only talk about Norhayati.

@ the seaside market .Farmers Market Taranaki My helper told me , Osama I have being helping you for last 3 years and you only talk about your wife Norhayati every time , I told her, I don't have the words to explain to anyone what Norhayati did for me and our children since I saw her in Christchurch then falling in love with her, we got married 4 days later. Will not be Amadinah dips without Norhayati.

Me and my beloved wife 💕 Norhayati, the first people to bring Hummus and flavors Hummus like Capsicum, Sundried,pumpkin Hummus, Baba- ghnoj , Pita bread, Falafel, Spinach and Feta, 4 Feta flavors
Tabbouleh ,many others dips, in total 18 dips.
We did supplied All the supermarkets in NZ
Woolworth and New World, Pak N save
foodstuffs NZ.

Our Spinach and Feta dip, was the top seller in 2000 in NZ. when we supplied all NZ. Super market, the opposition company tried to copy it, but they couldn't do it , its my beloved wife Norhayati ❤️ recipe. Farmers Market Taranaki

GRILLED PITA STORY: Had 17 over for a 17th birthday in the weekend. Went to great lengths to make my own garlic bread (peeling and pounding garlic, picking and chopping parsley, blending with butter and then filling up slices in baguettes). At the last minute threw a few pita on the sandwich press. End of party: no pita...but what am I to do with all this garlic bread? GRILLED PITA: $2 or Bag of 10 Large Pita $14, 10 Small Pita $12.
