Our (usually!) Signature starter for our signature menu:
‘The Lustrous Potluck’ -
A ‘degustation’ of sorts, where we create a multi-course menu that celebrates the bounty of the day!

Our menu evolves every day, but these little cuties are a staple!

Choux pastry buns, whipped goats curd, Kapiti Island Honey Manuka honey, candied walnuts

It’s Taste Test Thursday.
We have selected two amazing NZ wines from our shelf and created a two course dinner to match- for one night only!

We are showcasing : Lola’s Block Pinot Gris and Terra Sancta Estate Pinot Noir.

It’s a casual affair! - Focused on food that is comforting and accentuates the unique flavour profiles of our selected wines.
Of course there will be add ons and options to indulge in a typical Lustrous fashion!

$60pp - for a specially created two-course dinner with matching selected wine

Another collab!
We are lucky enough to have Michelle Fraser from as our hostess with the most…ess…
Michelle will guide us through a tasting of a select few of Clearview Estate’s signature wines (including a cheeky vertical tasting of some favourites!)- meanwhile- the team in the kitchen at will prepare and serve some very well thought out nibbles, tasters and snacks to accompany the evening!

$60pp for a very interactive and interesting Clearview Estate Wine tasting with Michelle, and a selection of snacks and nibbles.

We are also offering the option to stay on in Lumen for a specially crafted 2-course dinner, matched with the most matchable Clearview Estate wines, for an extra $60pp

Thursday 25th June, 530pm, in Lumen by Lustre!

A four course duck and pinot menu takeover celebrating the beginning of the duck hunting season!

We will be creating a four course menu with duck as the star of each course (dessert included!!)- each course matched with a selected NZ Pinot variety.

On the 26th of February we are hosting our first event of 2026, and our first ever in our new space .

Join us for a very exclusive yet casual and interactive evening of Gin tasting and chatting with Chris and Laurie from

Two sessions - 5:45pm-7:15pm and 7:30pm - 9pm. Hosted in Lumen by Lustre, behind the golden gates!

We will be preparing some purposefully created canapés and tasters to match with the flavours of the gins and drinks as well as a few tabletop nibbles to keep the taste buds working.

Get some insights into the distilling industry direct from the makers mouth!
