Danish Delicacy Catering Co began with a love for traditional Danish cuisine and a few recipe experiments that quickly turned into requests from Danish friends in New Zealand. Inspired by their support, we launched in October 2021 to bring authentic smørrebrød to Auckland. At Danish Delicacy, we take pride in creating our dishes from scratch, turning simple ingredients into unforgettable flavors. Recently, our 30-hour rye sourdough bread, homemade potato salad, Danish-style pork pate, and Frikadeller pork meatballs delighted guests at a special 50th birthday celebration. And let's not forget our in-house made nitrate-free bacon, crafted with care and passion to ensure quality and taste in every bite.
