Popina is a relaxed, modern café and evening restaurant, newly opening in early 2026. It is built on great food, genuine hospitality, and a strong sense of team.

We’re looking for a hands-on Sous Chef who thrives in a busy kitchen, supports strong systems, and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality food.

As Sous Chef, you will play a key role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly day-to-day.
You will support the Kitchen Manager by maintaining standards, leading service, and helping to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently, safely, and calmly.
You’ll be a steady presence in the kitchen, helping guide the team, uphold systems and deliver consistently great food.
