Dear all,

As a food business, personal hygiene, shop cleaning and food safety is very important to us. The staff of Sushi Factory held a meeting to duiscuss what we can do to provid reassurance to our valued customers, which is:

1, All current staff have not left New Zealand since 2018.

2, We wear face masks and gloves while working in the shop. Alcohol- based hand sanitizer is available and used frequently.

3, Food Safety and health Standards are strictly enforced.

4, If staff feel unwell (e.g.headaches, tiredness, runing nose, coughing and having a high temperature), he/she will stay home at least 48 hours, if any one of our staff is confirmed as having Covid-19, the whole shop will be closed for tow weeks so the store can be professionally cleaned, and all staff will be self-isolated.

5, Staff were strongly asked not to go to crowded places, to avoid supermarket shopping at busy times and not to travel.
