Thai Chicken green curry w/ rice and salad.
I'm also introducing my take on the Aussie classic, Pie Floater: a homemade beef pie on a green pea puree topped with creamy mash and gravy.
But Wait.......there's more!!
Perhaps a crispy crumbed Chicken fillet salad is more your thing?
But my pick this weekend would be the
SLOW BRAISED PORK BELLY, YUM.
on miso kumara Mash, poached bok choy and finished in a pineapple rum jus.
