Sweet beans We are a delicious coffee and home baked food trailer that is based at 25 tamahere drive.

We have a permanent spot mon-fri but love getting out to events and catering corporate lunches, small weddings or any other gathering you can think of.

Today we’re not serving any delicious coffees! 😭

The coffee machine is out of order and I’m waiting until someone opens to call someone out! If it’s not fixed over the weekend I have a different plan for Monday so I’ll be back bright and early on Monday. I am so sorry what a bad way to end everyone’s week. Happy Friday

I made a grave error the other day when I said we made 596 pies we actually did 606!!! Want to see our pie flavour breakdown?

🥩 steak and cheese came in first with 155 pies made and sold
🧀 mince and cheese in second with 151 pies made and sold
🍗 chicken cranberry Camembert third with 122 and 119 sold
🍔 cheeseburger fourth with 92 made and 86 sold
🥓🥚bacon and egg last with 86 pies made and sold.

I’ve had a lot of conversations this week about field days and everyone’s most excited to hear about coooffffeeeee! So without further ado, here is the coffee stats.
☕️ a whopping 3620 coffees made
☕️ 630L of blue milk
☕️ 28L of trim milk
☕️ 70L of alt milk (soy,coconut,almond,oat)
☕️ 70kg of coffee beans
☕️ 16kg of hot chocolate powder!
☕️ 120 bottles of water
☕️ 230 cans of fizzy!
☕️ 72 cans of redbull
☕️ our average was 82 coffees per hour 😮‍💨
☕️ average coffee/milk spills 10 per day.

I’ll throw some ambient stats in too!

We love the grab and go coffees at sweetbeans. It gives cafe in a rush vibes and we are here for it! But if you do want to sit and take the world in we have seating and now we have have here cups! They’re just shy of our medium size so they’re perfect for small or medium coffee drinkers

We’re back at it tomorrow with our 2 trailers!

‘The pod’ will be at bruntwood with yummy coffee chocolate bars and fizzy from 730-11 Monday to Wednesday.

The big trailer is in tamahere this week like normal but with reduced hours. We will be doing 6:30-12.
Tomorrow will be drinks and muffins only. ( I need a break but want to get back to all your smiling faces)

And we’ve packed out! WOW! Just wow. A BIG thanks to every single person who chose to spend their money with my small business. I feel incredibly lucky to have the privilege of attending field days.

This stats is different and will have 2 parts. What I have learnt personally and the usual crazy drama.

🔥 I have learnt how to tow and back my trailer in different scenarios.
🔥 I have learnt about power loads and how important it was to have a tradie husband
🔥 I have learnt how my coffee machine and grinder both runs, holds water and performs.
🔥 I have learnt how important community is.

⭐️ 1/2 a bag of chocolate powder was spilled.
⭐️ lost power 1 time
⭐️ left the spare eftpos machine at field days last night and had to quickly run it back home for my rugby morning team so it put me back in time.
⭐️ 940 drinks today and we traded for an hour less
⭐️ we did a whopping 164 home made pies.
⭐️ I got to work with my best friend husband and his best friend!

Tomorrow I’ll do a post of what I did wrong and what I did right, and possibly on Monday there will be a post up of how much beef chicken eggs and the rest I went through. Tune innnnnnnn!

My very unenthusiastic morning face after waking up at 4am! Who knew home made pies would be so popular!

⭐️142 pies sold - 144 made.
⭐️ 10 crates of full cream milk + trim and alt on top of that!
⭐️ my grinder decided not to work in the middle of the morning rush.
⭐️ lost power twice!
⭐️ we had a constant line from 6:10-3:45pm
⭐️ my team are absolute rockstars
