Coco's Trattoria is a vibrant Italian-inspired restaurant in the heart of Mount Maunganui. We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and deliver outstanding dining experiences.

What you’ll do:

-Manage daily restaurant operations
-Lead, train & roster the front-of-house team
-Deliver exceptional customer service
-Oversee budgets, stock & compliance
-Support events, marketing & promotions

What we’re looking for:

-Proven hospitality management/supervisory experience
-Strong leadership & communication skills
-Hands-on, motivated & guest-focused
-Financial & operational know-how
-Current LCQ & Manager’s Certificate required
