Summer is finally here and it’s feel so good 🌞
The food truck will be open every day from 1pm to 9pm from today.

And because good news never comes alone, the chef felt inspired this morning and offers you as the special of the night :

Mozzarella
White truffle French Brie cheese
Sliced almonds
And crack pepper for the love

Limited numbers so be quick 😉

Something exciting starts on Tuesday 😄🍕🍻

It's happening…its really happen!

We are excited to announce a new collaboration between Blue Lake Eatery & Bar and Dolce Pizza in Lake Tekapo.

We at Blue Lake & Dolce are extending our opening days. Starting on Tuesday 6th we will both be open in collaboration with each other. What does this mean? It means that on Tuesdays only between 2pm and 8:30pm you can bring your delicious Dolce pizza into to Blue Lakes Bar to be enjoyed with some local award-winning brews from Burkes Brewing Co.

Come on by this Tuesday for some delicious pizza, award winning bevvies and some pretty decent music.

T&C’s only Dolce Pizza and drinks from Blue Lake to be consumed on site.
