So proud of these women, some are mums and some women deep in ministry but they have not allowed excuses or distance to stop them stewarding what has been placed on their hands. And boy have we seen massive improvements.

Have you been stewarding what's in your hand?

The pancakes your gut (and muscles) will thank you for!

Who says pancakes can't be nourishing?

These 3-ingredient Cottage Cheese Pancakes are packed with high-quality protein, simple whole-food ingredients, and are easy to customise to suit your health goals.

Why we love them at Eden's Table:
High in protein to support muscle repair and keep you feeling full.
Supports gut health with probiotics (when using live-culture cottage cheese).
Fibre-rich when made with almond flour and naturally sweetened with dates.
Helps promote more stable blood sugar than traditional pancakes.
Made with real, nourishing ingredients—just the way food was designed to be.

Recipe:
• 120g cottage cheese
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp almond flour (or ground self-raising flour)
• Stevia or 2 Medjool date to sweeten (optional)

Blend until smooth, cook in a lightly greased pan over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side, and top with Greek yoghurt, fresh berries, cinnamon, or a drizzle of almond butter.

At Eden's Table, we believe healthy eating doesn't have to be complicated. Start with simple ingredients, nourish your body well, and let every meal be an opportunity to care for the body you've been given.

Would you try these for breakfast or as a post-workout snack? Let us know below!

Just show up! No need for a full spiritual spa day before popping over. He didn't give Martha grief and totally gave Mary a high-five. We often act like our spiritual lives need a deep clean before company arrives, or we declare, "I'll be there once I'm 'cleaned up'!" But what if all that frantic preparation makes you miss the whole point? We're supposed to be vessels ready for the Holy Spirit, sure. But if we're only focused on the "ready" part when He actually shows up, we've missed the spiritual memo! Mary, bless her heart , got it. She prepped in her own time , so when it was time to just chill and open her heart to the Lord, she was right there. What's got you so tangled up you can't see the spiritual forest for the trees?

21 DAYS OF FREEDOM STARTS TOMORROW

This isn't about restriction.
It's not about punishment.
And it's definitely not about perfection.

It's about giving your body a chance to reset.

Over the next 21 days, we'll remove added sugar and focus on nourishing ourselves with real, whole foods. As your body adjusts, cravings often begin to fade, energy becomes more stable, and your taste buds learn to appreciate natural sweetness again.

The first few days may feel challenging—and that's okay.

Be gentle with yourself.

This journey is about progress, not perfection.

One meal at a time.
One choice at a time.
One day at a time.

Imagine how you could feel 21 days from now:
• More energy
• Fewer cravings
• Better habits
• Greater freedom around food

Tomorrow we begin together.

Comment "SUGAR FREE" below to start your journey.

Did you know?

Fresh turmeric doesn't just support inflammation—it may also support your gut microbiome and hormone health.

Turmeric contains compounds that help support healthy digestion, liver function, and estrogen metabolism, all of which play an important role in hormonal balance.

Your gut is responsible for helping process and eliminate excess hormones, making gut health an often-overlooked piece of the hormone puzzle.

Sometimes the smallest additions to your meals can have a powerful impact on your overall health.

Food is information, and every bite is an opportunity to nourish your body.
