We’re buzzing to be able to update you on the menu for the Winemakers Dinner with Tim Turvey, less than one week away on Wednesday 6th May. In case you missed our first post, arc and Clearview Estate Winery are collaborating to offer a 3-course dinner along with expertly paired wines presented by Tim Turvey.

Clearview Estate is one of the Hawkes Bay’s most enduring and most loved wineries. Established in Te Awanga by Tim Turvey and Helma van den Berg back in 1986, the business was a success from the start with the reserve Chardonnay being awarded a trophy on first release in 1991. Tim and Helma have been hands on from the beginning, grafting and planting all the vines themselves as well as developing the property with numerous fruit, olive and avocado trees and building a winery and restaurant. 

Tim took on the role of winemaker and viticulturist from the start but now oversees the vineyards and leaves his winemaking team of Matt Kirby and Rob Bregman to manage the winery. 

A true legend of the wine industry, Tim is a great storyteller with a wealth of experience and knowledge on both wine and life! The Clearview wines are, like Tim, bold and full of character, with a history of top accolades and awards. The dinner will be matched with 7 of highly regarded wines - predominantly from the Clearview reserve range.

There will be two sittings throughout the evening, so spots are limited. Head to our website to get booked in!

Experience an unforgettable evening at the Winemaker’s Dinner with Tim Turvey, a special collaboration between Arc and . For $100 per person, guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated three-course menu, complete with freshly baked bread and perfectly paired wines - all included in the price.

Held across two intimate sessions in one evening, each lasting approximately two hours, this exclusive event offers a relaxed yet refined dining experience.

Throughout the evening, Clearview’s winemaker, Tim Turvey, will present each wine sharing insights and stories behind every pour, making it a must-attend for food and wine enthusiasts alike.
