Recently we said goodbye to Ailis, she’s headed off to explore NZ before heading back to America. So now that she’s safely far away from me I can write a soppy post about how much we are going to miss her!

Ailis has been the smiling face making your coffees for the past year, it’s been a privilege that you have chosen to spend your year in NZ with us and a privilege to watch you become a part of our community and part of our locals daily routine.
I know there are a lot of people who are going to miss you Ailis!
