An undoubted upside of hospitality staff shortages is that super-chef Malcolm is currently featuring weekly at both The Cow Queenstown and The Cow Wanaka (though not at the same time).

Mal started working at The Cow in the 1980’s, and after further chef training in London with Peter Gordon and a couple of years in Auckland, returned to Queenstown and bought The Cow with long term Cow manager, Josie. Josie and Mal opened The Cow Wanaka in 2005.

Our fires are set to full stoke for this crispy, autumnal weather and we look forward with great excitement to welcoming holidaymakers from both sides of the Tasman.
