Coconut Lime Refresher Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut water
1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves
1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 medium avocado, pitted and peeled
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for a thicker consistency)
Instructions:
In a blender, combine the coconut water, spinach, pineapple chunks, avocado, shredded coconut, mint leaves, and lime juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
If you prefer a thicker consistency, add the ice cubes and blend until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with a lime wheel and a sprinkle of shredded coconut.
