Goodbye & Thank You.
A big thank you to all those who over the years who grew the food we served, those who supplied & delivered it, those who made the wine and brewed the beer, and those that sold it to us, those who collected the rubbish and recycling, emptied the grease trap.
Thank you to health inspectors and licensing officers, and everyone else involved in making the wheels of operating a restaurant go round.
Thank you to everyone who chose to dine with us, especially those of you who we’ve seen many many times over the years.
But most importantly THANK YOU to every single team member who has been part of the journey, it’s been an honour to have your name associated with this restaurant from the Bistro years through to Daisy’s.
