Opening a second site is often seen as the obvious next step.
In reality, it comes with a very different set of challenges to the first.

I’m looking forward to hosting a casual, honest chat on the lessons learned from taking that leap, joined by Sam Ellis from Grizzly, and David Pai from Coffee Embassy.

Between us, we’ve opened multiple venues and second sites, and we’ll be sharing what actually changed, what we underestimated, and what we’d do differently next time.
