Dear Valued Customers,

With rising costs across New Zealand — including fuel, coffee, food, and everyday essentials — we’ve recently reviewed our operational expenses. Unfortunately, our suppliers have had to recently increase their wholesale prices, which has added further pressure to our operating costs. While we’ve done our best to absorb these increases and delay raising our prices, it’s unfortunately no longer sustainable for us to continue doing so.

After carefully considering all of our costs, we’ve made the difficult decision to increase our coffee prices by 20 cents per cup, effective Thursday 21st May 2026.

We remain committed to serving top-quality coffee alongside the friendly service you know and love. We truly appreciate your continued support, understanding, and loyalty to our small business 🫶
