Our new dish for Matariki, a beautiful fillet of Tarakihi poached in coconut milk with layer of pickled radish, fresh watercress, orange segments finishing off with kawakawa & ginger broth topped with beet sphere.. Followed by a feijoa sorbet!
We’ll be running this dish from 15th June to 17th July.. come and try this beautiful kai with your family and friends 💫
