There is still some tables available for the quiz night on Monday 22 May at 7pm at Montethis Rangiora.
This is a fundraiser for my daughters cheerleading team that is going to Sydney in August for their first international competition.

Amazing prizes up for grabs with the silent auction and raffles.

Also a huge shout out to Compass FM for throwing a few plugs on air for our fundraiser.

Tomorrow, I will be at Southbrook Park for what will be an amazing afternoon of local rugby.
All 4 teams will be battling hard for the trophies that are up for grabs.

So if your wanting something to do, head down to Southbrook Park, grab a hot or cold drink and get ready to watch some talented players battle it out.

Our Div 1 team currently hold the Rakahuri Shield, which Ashley certainly want their hands on. Meanwhile, Ashley have the Deans Shield in their trophy cupboard, which would certainly look very good in our club rooms. At the end of this Saturday’s game, one side of the river will have an excellent collection of silverware to feel proud of in just week three of the season.

Div 2 will be playing for the Tane Anderson Memorial Cup again. Last year our boys won this in the first round of the season, with Kaiapoi taking it off us later in the year. Tane was a Saracens brother, while members of his family have roots at the Kaiapoi club. Even though many teammates of Tane have hung up their boots, the karekau and mana for the Tane Anderson Memorial Cup still runs very strong through these games.

Hi everyone.
Non coffee related but, my daughter Paige is fundraising for her cheerleading teams this year. Paige is in 2 teams, Cobalt and Citrine.
This year Paige is going to Sydney in August with her Citrine team to compete in the Cheercon Worlds Experience. This is the first international trip for Empire Athletics.

This Saturday, 25th March, Lil Beanz Coffee will be at the Clarkville School Gala.
Starts at 2pm and finishes at 5pm.
The weather is looking beautiful, so head on out to Clarkville School for a fantastic gala and a fun afternoon for all.

Due to a cancelled event, I will have the coffee cart open tomorrow from 90 Gladstone Road, Woodend. Can’t let the stock go to waste.

I will open at 9am and close around 2pm.

I will have the coffee cart parked up at this awesome event tonight.
