Filipinos love to eat but are known for being thrifty. Nonetheless, we wanted to make our customers happy by providing delicious, satisfying and affordable food and beverages. This business was started on October 2020 through online selling. From simple cravings of shawarma snacks, we made our own recipe which was inspired from the Middle Eastern cuisine since the founder was a former OFW from Riy
adh, KSA. It has almost been a year since the pandemic has started and that time we did not have a full time job which is why we decided to sell it online for additional income. Thankful that we have increasing orders and repeat customers everyday, we decided to put up our first physical Food Stall on December 15, 2020 ouside a big building in the heart of Bayugan City with its brand name “Batchow’s Shawarma”. BATCHOW is derived from the business owners family name’s (Batiao) pronunciation and “chow” in Filipino language means food or meal which adopted from Chinese language. The business was officially DTI Registered in the Year 2021 and BIR Registered in 2022. Everyday, we are always trying our best to keep our loyal customers happy by giving them “A TASTE OF THE MIDDLE EASTERN SHAWARMA IN EVERY BITE.”
