This sheet cake was for one of my fave little’s 1st birthday party! It was strawberry themed so of course the best cake would be chocolate buttercream. This was a new recipe and I have to say this chocolate cake was to die for! It was fluffy and moist and I got about a dozen compliments on it! So thankful when a cake turns out like it’s supposed to - my first bake didn’t lol. It’s always so great to see people celebrate a loved one & enjoy your dessert too! Here is a smash cake I made for the 1st birthday of my friends’ sweet baby! Their girl is allergic to eggs so this vanilla cake is eggless but it was delicious! I had so much fun making this little flower cake and about died when I added some fresh mint as leaves for the petals, it was the perfect finishing touch!
