It is with deep sadness and heavy heart that we announce the permanent closure of Alley Bistro, effective January 29, 2025. This comes after much contemplation, and while it’s a difficult one, we find ourselves with no other choice as there is no one available from our family to manage it.

It's hard to believe we are announcing this now, especially since just a few weeks ago, we were still formulating the additional menu and upcoming events for Alley.

However, a far more significant opportunity came along unexpectedly that we simply couldn’t pass up. Aside from this, the relentless demands of our other numerous commitments and priorities, combined with the lack of sufficient time to effectively manage the business, have made it impossible and unhealthy for us to continue. Hence, we can no longer give Alley Bistro the attention and care it deserves.

Besides, entrusting Alley Bistro or handing over the management to others is a completely no-no for us.

We never imagined that Alley would grow to what it has become. It started as a cafe, but then it evolved into a bistro (restaurant, cafe and bar). We believe that Alley became a special place for both us and many of you.

And so, we are sincerely grateful to everyone who has supported and believed in us throughout this journey. Your loyalty and patronage have meant the world, and we will carry those moments and memories with us always.
