DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prepared grilled foods, he/she may also be called up to fry, baked or even microwave meat, poultry and fish dishes as part of their duties.
2. Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
3. Cooking food in various utensils or grillers.
4. Check food while cooking to stir or turn.
5. Ensure great presentation before they served.
6. Restock all items required throughout the shift.
7. Prepare food in hygienic and timely manner.
8. Responsible for cleanliness of work area.
9. Clean and disinfect grilling and broiling equipment after use.
10. Make sure that food items are appropriately thawed before using.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Academic: High School diploma or equivalent

Experience: At least 3 months’ experience as a Griller/Kitchen Staff

2. Skills and Abilities:
Proven experience as cook
Experience in using cutting tools and cookware
Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, boiling etc.)
Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
Ability to work in a team
Very good communication skills
Excellent physical condition and stamina.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
