Be a part of our growing family! Faye's Confections is in need of one "On-Call" or Part-TIme Assistant Baker.
Job Description:
>Bake our base cakes (moist cake and chiffon cake). No designing.
>Help with inventory (checking ng mga stocks and ingredients)
>Clean-up ng area before and after magbake. And over all help lalo na kung wala masyado need i-bake (no dishwashing meron po kaming naghuhugas ng mga pinaglutuan)
Working Hours and Schedule:
8:00am to 5:00pm or 10:00am to 7:00pm
For now ang work schedule na required is every Tuesday and Friday palang. But as the volume of orders gets higher, pwedeng madagdagan pa ang mga araw ng work lalo na at palapit na tayo sa December.
This is an "on call" or part-time position kasi po hindi araw-araw ang work. May mga weeks po na walang gawa so wala din po tayong work non. But hataw naman po pag peak season.
My Offer:
Wage: 500 a day with additional pag need mag OT.
FREE food po ito. kung ano pong kakainin namin, yun din kakainin nyo po. (masarap magluto ang nanay ko kaya di ka lugi!heheh!)
INCENTIVES lalo na pag narereach ang quota :)
My Requirements:
> Willing to learn, I will train you, and most of the time you will be working with me, kasi I need to check for quality and consistency ng mga products.
> Hindi pala absent sa work schedule. Mabait po ako and madaling kausap, if there's a problem sabihan nyo lang ako. Wag nyo lang po akong papalyahan ng pasok kung kailan may schedule tayo ng gawa.
> MALINIS, I can't stress this enough. We are handling food so we really need na malinis.
> Don't mind heat. Sympre po nagbabake po tayo mainit po pagnagsasalang sa oven pero hindi ka naman po mag-stay sa tabi ng oven, well ventilated ang bake area.
> Wala pong age requirement pero po sana yung mabilis and efficient kumilos.
> Preferably taga cavite po. Malapit sa Bacoor area.
