One of our favorite coffees comes from Filipina farmer Noemi Semon in Tuba, Benguet.
Grown at 1200 meters above see level (masl), this washed coffee has tea-like notes of orange, lemon zest, muscovado, and cacao. The combination of high elevation, careful washing, and classic Bourbon and Typica varieties produces a cup with exceptional clarity and sweetness.
