Out of love for cooking, owner Virginia Epanto started sharing her pancit bilao in 2010 to friends and neighbors which was loved by her patrons since then. After her husband passed away, cooking became her comfort and way of coping together with her daughter, Fatimah. With the determination to fulfill her late father’s dream, Fatimah successfully launched the business last Dec 2021 and with a span

of only seven months, they opened their first ever restaurant in Calamba City. What started off as a family pastime for a mother and daughter tandem will now be developed into a full fledge restaurant business, where family and friends can share good times over Nanay Virginia’s hearty-meals and pancit bilaos perfect for every celebration. These recipes have been in the family for more than a decade and continuously innovating to offer not just the traditional, but also modern pancit cuisines for the new generation.
