It is an honor and privilege for Hideout Carrascal to be visited by TESDA CARAGA Regional Director, Florencio F. Sunico, Jr., CESO III, together with Assistant Regional Director Rey M. Cueva, and TESDA Surigao del Sur Provincial Director Allan S. Millan.

Their visit allowed them to personally witness how Hideout Carrascal is more than just a restaurant—it is also an avenue for learning, skills development, and community empowerment. Through its strong partnership with TechRevolve Academy for Developing Experts (TRADE), a TESDA-Registered Technical Vocational Institution, Hideout Carrascal will support workforce development and industry-based training opportunities in Surigao del Sur.

With a strong foundation in implementing training and certification programs, we are now expanding our expertise into the tourism sector—equipping individuals with the skills and competencies needed to thrive in hospitality and tourism-related industries.

We are grateful for their guidance, support, and commitment to advancing technical education and skills development in our province.
