ยกThe centerpiece of Spanish dining has arrived! ๐Ÿฅ˜

Paella Valenciana began as a humble farmer's meal in Valencia, Spain โ€” cooked over open wood fires with chicken, rabbit, green beans, local white beans, and saffron-infused rice.

Today's variations range from fresh seafood to steak and wild mushrooms, but the golden rule of any great paella never changes: achieving the socarrat โ€” that irresistibly crispy, caramelized layer of rice toasted at the bottom of the pan.

At La Loca, you'll find all three: our classic Paella Valenciana, briny Seafood Paella, and bold Steak & Mushroom Paella โ€” each cooked fresh to order, socarrat guaranteed.
