no sugar. no syrup. no anything.

that’s my rule, and i can swear by it.

it’s a barista thing that makes every coffee an art.

no duplication despite the measurement or whatever.

every barista’s unique, noob or pro.

what you would hope for is you get a barista who’s deeply in love with what she does.

that’s how you get that feeling right after your first sip — it’s as if, it’s perfectly made for you.
