we truly understand where this person is coming from... 🤍
in this economy, every peso counts. we want to get our money's worth because we worked hard for that.
but the reality right now is that the costs of goods are rising because of the rising fuel cost. and when we price our products (like every business does), we don't just factor in the actual ingredients, we also think about the utilities, salary, etc. moreover, GrabFood has a 25% cut because we're using their platform.
our serving for this binignit (only being served during this holy week) is 2 cups— we're really using a measuring cup, our bowl is really just huge (about 750ml) because it wasn't originally meant for our binignit product. thus it looks like a small serving, when it's actually enough for it's price.
going 5 years in the F&B industry, we know good and bad feedback will always be there. customers are entitled to rate us however they like, but to say our shop is not recommended when you've only ordered 1 item out of the multiple items can be very hurtful for a small business like us. like you, we're trying to survive this economy as well.
we're very much willing to make up to disappointed customers, if you would only send us a private message to let us know 🥺🙏🏻
