Our Aglio e Olio Rosso has been one of the OG dishes at the cafe since the early days, simple, comforting, and still one of our personal favorites up to now. Don’t let its simplicity fool you though, it’s packed with flavor, made even richer with our twist of sundried tomatoes blended into the mix for a deeper, fuller taste, then topped with shaved parmesan cheese for the perfect salty finish.
