We mainly took ideas from this video (among other references), did some trial and error, and finally came up with our own blend 👌

My favorite ube-cheese pandesal recipe creates a super soft and fluffy bread, stuffed with more ube and cheese, and made even cheesier by a cheese crumb coat...
