Dear Customer,

This is a reminder regarding an incident that happened at our store yesterday. We kindly ask everyone to please respect our café, our policies, and our crew members.

Our team always tries to consider special requests from our customers. For example, a family recently asked if they could bring food for their toddlers, explaining that it was the only food their children could eat. Our manager kindly allowed this as an exception.

However, when we later checked their table, we found that a large amount of outside food had been brought in and shared by the whole group, including rice, adobo, and tilapia served on paper plates. When our staff approached the group about this, the situation unfortunately became unpleasant.

We would like to remind everyone that our “no outside food” policy is not only about store rules but also about food safety and fairness to our business. Our crew works hard every day to provide good service to all our customers, and we ask that they be treated with respect.
