Mervy’s Cafe 안녕하세요! 𝓐𝓷𝓷𝔂𝓮𝓸𝓷g! I only treat coffee as a part of my morning routine before. The cafe I own is in a small barrio in province of San Jose Tarlac .

When in Barrio, never miss this place.A cafe with a minimalist type in the town of San Jose with a fusion of korean foods.Mervys Cafe first café who had launched KOREAN-FILIPINO food fusion here in the town of San Jose!- since 2021 But, as I slowly fell towards the aroma and the therapeutic warmth a cup of coffee could offer, I found myself wanting coffee, not just for mornings anymore. This littl

e coffee bean grew in my heart until such time that I desired to own a cafe. I dreamt with a cup of brewed coffee in my hand, slowly embracing my soul, keeping it warm until I finally owned one. I choose to be there because I want them to experience the same love I encountered from a cup of coffee. Now, we are operating our cafe with simple machines we could afford and with a great love of coffee we could offer. Coffee made me a dreamer. Every single day, I witness how the eyes of my customers sparkle every time I serve them their orders. I love how they talk about their lives over a cup of coffee, releasing their stressful thoughts, and trying to calm themselves under its aroma. The palpitations I experience are keeping me alive and keeping my dream alive, which is to let others experience the magnificence of coffee. Through the help of my fellow kababayan for welcoming our Coffee shop “Mervy’s Cafe” into my hometown at Brgy. Iba, San Jose, I will be able to serve the best quality of coffee to my beloved customers. I will be able to share them love and hope, the things that we should offer during this time of pandemic.
