See you 🌲 Heading our menu is the famous cordilleran smoked meat called "kiniing", which we lovingly make in our humble abode. We have expanded this dish from a simple guinisa to mixing it with

different vegetables of your choice. We also use kiniing in our pasta. Kiniing with green salad, and so on. Inspired by what we cook in our home, we just want to share our food by introducing them to our menu. We also have our own version of "mix-mix". Mix-mix is a combination of a pig's mixed internals, boiled to achieve a tender texture and simply sautéed with local spices. The all-time favorite dinakdakan, guisado sungo or pig snout, guisado pork liver, and of course pork sisig are among our daily fast-moving items too and we often refer to them as highland favorites. Fried chicken, classic and buttered is also on our menu and classified as one of our popular items, especially for the younger generations.

​Our kitchen is usually filled with the sounds of laughter and the aroma of comfort, but today, our hearts feel a bit heavier. Like many of you, we are deeply concerned by the news of the conflict involving the U.S., Israel, and Iran.
​At Caha, we’ve always believed that the table is a place for unity. Today, we want to extend that spirit of unity across the globe to our brothers and sisters facing the fear and uncertainty of war.

​We invite you to join us in a prayer for peace:

​To the Source of all Light and Life,
​We come together with heavy hearts, asking for protection over every soul caught in the shadow of this conflict. We pray for the families seeking safety, for the children who deserve a future of peace, and for the protection of all people in these lands.

​We ask for a spirit of wisdom and compassion to guide the hearts of those in power. May the path to reconciliation be found quickly, and may the sounds of war be replaced by the quiet of safety. Let us remember our shared humanity, that we may all one day sit at our tables without fear.

​May peace prevail, and may hope be restored. Amen.

​Whether you offer a prayer, a moment of silence, or simply a thought of kindness, we thank you for standing with us in hope for a better tomorrow.
