Update on Wh**ey 🐾

We initially rushed Wh**ey to the ER because she was suspected to have pyometra. During surgery, the vets discovered something unexpected—she had actually been spayed before, but they found a bladder mass, chronic infected sutures left from a previous surgery, a UTI, and urinary crystals.

Thankfully, she made it through surgery and is now recovering. ❤️

She’s still confined in the hospital while we wait for her pathology results and continue treating her infection.

We’ve already spent a significant amount on diagnostics, surgery, confinement, and medications. If anyone would like to help Wh**ey continue her recovery, any amount means a lot to us.

Our beloved senior stray dog in Mag. Torres needs your help.

After surviving an unfortunate accident, Wh**ey is now facing another life-threatening battle.

A few weeks ago, we noticed blood in her urine and immediately brought her to the vet. She was initially diagnosed with UTI with small struvite crystals and started on medication. Unfortunately, despite treatment, the bleeding returned, so we brought her back for further tests.

After an ultrasound, the vet confirmed that Wh**ey has pyometra, a severe infection of the uterus that can become fatal if left untreated. The only treatment is emergency surgery, as the infected uterus can rupture and lead to sepsis.

Wh**ey has already endured so much in her life, and she’s been fighting so hard. We don’t want to give up on her now.

We are humbly knocking on your kind hearts for any amount you can spare to help cover her veterinary expenses, which have now reached approximately ₱40,000 (including diagnostics, confinement, medications, and surgery).

Every peso, every share, and every prayer means the world to Wh**ey.
